TELEform® Standard & Elite
|
TELEform® How
it Works |
| Scan in your existing form or design new forms in TELEform's Designer. TELEform's built-in wizards will help you define user-friendly computer readable forms. |
| With TELEform, your company can now generate a form once and publish it in multiple formats. Print, fax broadcast, and post it on your Web site - however your customers, employees and prospects want to send and receive information. |
|
| Forms are collected through your fax modem, fax server, scanner or your Web site. The powerful TELEform Reader identifies incoming forms and interprets the hand print (ICR), machine print (OCR), barcodes and mark sense (OMR) fields on the forms. |
| TELEform's Verifier allows operators to quickly correct and validate data before it is sent to the database or application of your choice. |
| The data is automatically sent to EDFI-SPI database where validation for Macola and Elliot takes place. You can also export images and index data to your document management or imaging system. |
TELEform Control Center |
| For high-volume applications, Cardiff Software offers the performance of TELEform Elite-Enterprise Edition. The Elite-Enterprise Edition is a scalable, client/server system that works within your Windows NT or Novell network. The TELEform Control Center, based on the Microsoft Management Console (MMQ), provides the system information necessary to manage system performance and optimize throughput. |
How it Works
TELEform Internet Solution can
convert paper forms into HTML format. These forms can then be posted on an
Internet/intranet site where visitors using standard Web browsers can fill out a form.
Several features in the HTML based forms help eliminate human error. Automatically
generated Java scripts check for valid numeric ranges, character types, as well as entry
required status on a field by field basis. Even dictionaries and databases associated with
validations on a paper form are automatically converted into drop down menus on the HTML
form.
Data from completed forms is submitted with the click of a button and the information is
instantly transmitted directly to the TELEform Internet Server. TELEform Reader sends this
information directly into ODBC-complaint databases including: Access, Excel, FoxPro,
dBase, Oracle, and SQL Server. IN the case of EDFI-SPI to EDFI-SPI access database for
posting to Macola and Elliot software.
