Minimums |
On-Site:
|
A four hour per day minimum charge applies to services when
performed at a site other than EDFI offices. This minimum excludes pickup and delivery
services which will be charged actual time and travel. Provided services are charged to
the next fifteen minutes thereafter. |
In-House:
A minimum of fifteen (15) Minutes applies to
services when performed at EDFI offices. Provided services are charged to the next fifteen
minutes thereafter. |
Premium Times |
Time -and-a-Half:
|
Charged between the hours of 6pm and 7am Monday thru Friday
and all-day Saturday, excluding holidays. |
Double Time:
|
Charged for services performed on Sundays and Holidays. |
|
Travel |
Rate Minimums
Additions |
$50.00/hour round trip
originating & terminating at EDFI offices. $25.00
minimum will be charged for each trip and/or instance.
Client will reimburse EDFI for all reasonable and/or
customary travel-related expenses. These expenses include, but are not limited to:
Airfare, Tolls, Meals, Hotel, Car-Rental, etc.. |
Miscellaneous |

Parts and supplies are not included in the above rates. |

Equipment and/or software used in these services is subject
to additional charges |
