With EDFI Products you can link from the Web into Macola V7.5 or the Elliot Product (formerly Macola v6.0 Y2K ready).  We have created real links into Sales Order Processing whether you use our web form tools having sales order forms on your website or if you are using a store front (from say Yahoo or Imall) and need the integration into the Accounting System.

The EDFI-Wizard allows you to take the files sent from a web store front or a customer and upload them to EDFI-SPI for posting to Macola. Incoming Sales orders are validated against Macola's Database e.g. is this a customer?  is the item a valid inventory item?, etc..   Once the validations are ok- you are able to upload your sales orders and if not you can make the corrections in EDFI-SPI.

The EDFI-ESHEET E-Commerce and Sales Force Automation enables you to take a Sales Order in Excel97 and E-mail the order 24/7 to Teleform Internet Server which collects and processes the order into EDFI-SPI for posting to Macola or Elliot sales order processing. Incoming Sales orders are validated against Macola's Database e.g. is this a customer?  is the item a valid inventory item?, etc..  Once the validations are ok- you are able to upload your sales orders and if not you can make the corrections in EDFI-SPI.


TeleForm Internet Server COLLECT DATA FROM HTML FORMS

Every successful organization processes forms. Despite the overwhelming popularity of the Internet and predictions of a paperless office, paper-based forms are not going away anytime soon. For this reason, Cardiff Software designed TELEform Internet Solution to work with TELEform to process paper and Web-based forms simultaneously.

TELEform Internet Solution works with TELEform to automatically collect data from forms posted on a Web site. The core of the solution is the TELEform Internet Server, which retrieves data from HTML forms using standard e-mail protocols including POP3 and MAPI. The solution also includes an HTML export function that converts paper forms into full-featured HTML forms.  Teleform Internet Server information

EDFI uses Teleform for it's Data Collection System and now we can collect orders using CrossPad. This is an E-Commerce and Sales Force Automation System that will link with Macola and the Elliot Products.

We are working on Payroll Time Entry import for Best's "ABBRA" Payroll, now the payroll of choice for Macola V7.5.
