EDFI E-SHEET
The EDFI E-Sheet
allows your customers or sales staff to use Microsoft Excel 95 or 97 to fill in a Sales
Order and email it to EDFI-SPI for 24/7 unattended sales order
processing. Excel and our email client take care of the process, all you need is to
be connected to the internet. The EDFI-SPI will handle the rest.
Just click on the "Email To" button and your order will be on the way to
Order Entry!
In the EDFI E-Sheet,
the customer or sales staff just fills out the sales order sheet with the
quantity's it would like in columns m, n, o, p, q, and r. This allows for six
different ship dates. All pricing is figured out and the front sheet allows for easy
printing of the entire order for your records. When you are finished choosing the items
needed, simply click on the order page "Email To" button, and your order is on
it's way to the company's order entry system (must be connected to the internet!).
