Support Policy

 

Support will be available during normal business hours. You must have a current support plan with EDFI Corp to use this service. As with all of our products, the first 30 days of support is FREE. Per incident support is available and secured with a credit card, or billed if approved by EDFI Credit Dept at our rate of $125/hr. After hours and weekend/holiday support is billed at $175 per hour with a minimum of one half hour secured with a credit card.Without Maintenance Agreement $250 with 4 hour minimum, remaining time billed at $199, prepayment required with credit card. Users with Agreements get support 1st no agreement has no guaranteed responds time.
